Return or exchange period
- Within 14 working days of the order arriving at our warehouse, the customer will receive a refund via the same payment method used.
- After 14 working days, the customer will receive a voucher for the value of the order (excluding shipping costs) to use in our shop.
- Size or item exchange within 14 days of the order arriving to the customer.
- For items on SALE (i.e., with a discounted price), only an item size exchange will be performed, or you can choose to receive a voucher to spend online.
