Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday. You can send us an email whenever you want and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also call us on weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00 CET.

Since we want you to receive your items as soon as possible, your order is processed shortly after placing it, which does not give us the option to cancel it.

We do not have the ability to make changes to your order as we handle it shortly after you place it.

Apply your discount code at checkout, paste it into the field that says "add payment code" and then press "activate". The price will automatically change on the items in the cart. Sometimes our discount codes may have some limitations, so it is important to read the information before using it.

Don't receive discounts despite entering a valid code? Please do not complete your order as we do not have the option to deduct the discounts later. Instead, send us an email or give us a call and we'll help you.

As soon as your items are shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a traceable link so that you can track your order. Since tracking is first activated when you are registered with your chosen shipping company, the link doesn't always work right away when you get your confirmation. If you can see that your order has arrived by tracking it, you don't have to wait for a notification. Use the ID found at the traceable link to collect it at your post office. Unfortunately, it is not possible to subsequently change the delivery address.

All items have a size guide attached, here you can find detailed information on the sizes of the specific item. As sizes may vary between brands and collections, it is important to consult the size guide for each specific product. If you order the wrong size, we always offer you a 30 day exchange and return policy.

When you receive your order, please check if it is damaged in shipping. If you notice any damage, report it directly to the post office. If you don't report it right away and then come home and find that the item is damaged, it's hard for us and the shipping company to fix the problem.

If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service by email or phone before returning it to us.

If your package didn't include a return form, don't worry! Contact our customer service by email or phone and we will help you. Please be prepared with your Order ID when calling us for faster service.
