HIGH-WAISTED
Measure a high waisted pant if you don't have one measure the circumference of your waist.

B. PELVIS
Measure the waist of your trousers.

Measure from the horse to the outside (the measure refers to the stretched trousers not the circumference)

Measure from under the crotch to the bottom of the pant

Measure the width of the ankle as in the photo (the measurement shown in the table does not correspond to the circumference)
