Bunker Depot makes our couriers available to its customers for:
Buy: (Only for Italy excluding smaller islands and Venice)
- n° 1 shipping label for your returns at a cost of €5
- n° 2 shipping labels for the jeans hem service at a cost of €10 (one shipment to send us your jeans and the other we will use to send you the jeans once molded)
Once you have purchased the shipment you will be contacted by our team where, once you have provided the complete address and set the collection day, they will send the label to print and apply to your package. The courier will go to the address you indicated, speeding up delivery times and avoiding hassle for our customers.
For smaller islands and Venice you can contact our team via email bunkersrls@gmail.com indicating your address and we will provide you with a cost estimate
Orders are shipped regularly every day. Packages are tracked via email with courier tracking.

GUARANTEED RETURN
Our goal is to satisfy every customer. You can decide to change the size or item, or you can always decide to return the order and receive a refund.
Return or exchange period
- Within 14 working days of the order arriving at our warehouse, the customer will receive a refund via the same payment method used.
- After 14 working days, the customer will receive a voucher for the value of the order (excluding shipping costs) to use in our shop.
- Size or item exchange within 14 days of the order arriving to the customer.
- For items on SALE (i.e., with a discounted price), only an item size exchange will be performed, or you can choose to receive a voucher to spend online.
