Return or exchange time
- Within 14 working days from the arrival of the order, the customer will receive a refund on the same payment method used
- After 14 working days, the customer will receive a voucher for the value of the order (excluding shipping costs) that can be used on our shop.
- Exchange of size or article within 30 days of receipt of the order by the customer
